Carmella M. "Millie"  Benjamin
Carmella “Millie” Benjamin passed away on July 20th, 2019.

Millie was born in Yonkers, New York on November 2, 1927 to the late Pietro and Mary Ascolillo. She was pre-deceased by her 6 siblings Felix, Marco(Mickey), Helen(Moniz), Henry, Vincent and Grace.

On July 25th 1953, Millie married the love of her life, the late Albert P. Benjamin. During their 50 years of marriage they enjoyed a life surrounded by family, good friends and travels that took them around the world.

Millie lived in Yonkers for 91 years and raised her family there. She is survived by her loving children Debbie, Darryl and his wife Michelle, grandchildren Darryl II and his wife Kimberly, Alexis, and great-grandsonMichael.

She was An active member in the Eastern Star, the Elks and St John’s Episcopal church. Cooking and baking were passions of Millie’s She also loved to entertain, and vacation in Cape Cod. Her greatest love was her family.
